Dr. H. Dayat Hidayat, M.M. is the rector in Pamulang University (UNPAM). His education background is in Indonesian language and literature education from Institut Keguruan and Ilmu Pendidikan Muhammadiyah, Jakarta. His dissertation is on the ‘Correlation Between Interest in Reading Newspapers and Achievement in Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes for Class V Elementary School, Jakarta’. Then, he pursues his studies in Human Resource Management in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen LPMI, Jakarta from 1997 to 1999. His thesis is on ‘The Influence of Mastery in Operating a Computer Program towards the Readiness of Sasmita Jaya Vocational School Students in Entering the Job Market’. He then earned his Ph.D in Management Sciences from Pasundan University in 2012. His Ph.D thesis is on Analysis of the Effect of Principal Leadership, School Culture, and Motivation of Teacher's Work and Its Impact on Middle School Teacher Performance in Banten Province.
Both publications were published in Innovation Journal, Management Science and Scientific Journal in 2015 titled the ‘Analysis of the Effect of Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Levels of PT. Yuasa Battery Indonesia – Tangerang’ and second was the ‘Analysis of Product Marketing Competitive Strategies at PT. Solusindo Power Source’. Another journal titled the ‘Indonesia's Opportunities and Constraints in the Global Era’ and it was published in Proceedings of the National Scientific Seminar in October 2016.
He also attended the 1st Inter-University Forum for Academic Competency Strengthening on "Emerging Creativity and Innovation on the Digital Economy Era (ECIDEE)" in Bandung on 3rd October 2018 and the topic of his paper was on the Influence of Incentive, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in Jakarta.
In 2016, Dr. H. Dayat Hidayat was awarded the Community Service Devotion with the theme ‘Extension of Sharia Banking Financial Statements and Taxation’ from BMT Al-Munawwarah in Pamulang. Then, he was also awarded the Community Service Devotion with the theme ‘Empowering Mosque Youth in Online Business Management’ and Social Work Devotion with the theme of ‘Legal Counseling about the Dangers of Narcotics’ from Head of South Tangerang 1 Junior High School in 2013. Other than that, in 2014, he was accorded for for Community and Social Service in Cipakem Village and Wonogiri Waringin Village, Kec. Maleber by ruler of Kab. Kuningan. He was also conferred for Social Work and Devotion towards community with the theme "Pamulang's Virtue Training & Pamulang Orphanage" in Economic Education Study Program, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Pamulang University.

Ts. Dr. Mohammad Naim Yaakub is currently the Director General of Department of Polytechnic and Community College Education, Ministry of Education, Malaysia. He has more than 34 years of experience in different capacities in various national and international organizations. Possesses an engineering qualification, a Professional Technologist, a seasoned administrator, an experienced researcher and project manager and a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) advocate and practitioner. He has supervised and addressed programs in countries like Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Canada, China, Fiji, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
Written numerous papers for journals, proceedings and publications on wide-ranging topics on accreditation and certification of TVET institutions, industrial training, web-based learning, monitoring and evaluation, sustainable development and green economy, research studies on polytechnics, computer-assisted instruction in technical education and numerous concerns on technical education. Pioneered the publication of the Technical Education Journal in Malaysia and the STEPS (Scholarly Technical Education Publication Series) journal in Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC), Philippines.
He has received several awards including the TVET Leadership Award from the Governing Board of CPSC and 4 times recipient of the Excellent Service Award.

Dr. Ramhari Lamichhane is the first Nepali and the 11th Director General of CPSC. Currently, he is the President of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC). He was appointed by the Governing Board on June 23, 2016. He is a certified project assessor, strategic planner, experienced project manager, TVET Institution Quality Assessor, TVET Expert, and a seasoned manager.
Dr. Ramhari has served as Member Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) in Kathmandu, Nepal (2013-2016) prior to his appointment as CPSC Director General. He was involved in the development of a National TVET Policy in Nepal, as well as the development and implementation of TVET programs. His combined experience of 25 years in TVET sector in different positions as an Instructor, Principal, Program Coordinator, Project Manager and Director, contributed to becoming a CEO of CTEVT. In addition to TVET work, he taught MBA students for 15 years as a part-time faculty of White House College, Purwanchal University, Nepal.
He has participated and delivered paper presentations in a number of international conferences, meetings, symposia, seminars and workshops on TVET. He has presented papers in more than 30 countries. He has also authored book on Access of Disadvantaged Group in TVET: A case of Nepal, training manual on Greening TVET, and a co-authored about 20 journal papers on various areas of TVET, such as QMS, Greening TVET, Entrepreneurship in TVET, TVET Accessibility, TVET Financing, Gender and Equality in TVET, and Marketing of TVET.
Dr. Lamichhane earned a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Philosophy (M. Phil) in Education Leadership from Kathmandu University in Nepal (2000-2006). He has a degree on Educational Administration, Planning and Policy as a Humphrey/Fullbright Professional from Peabody College/Vanderbilt University, Tennessee, USA (2010-2011). He also studied Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from TAFE, South Australia (1995-1996). He obtained his Master in Business Management (MBA) (1989-1990) and his Bachelor in Commerce degrees from (1987-1988) from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu Nepal.
Regarding social service, he has served as a volunteer in YMCA, Second Harvest, and Refugees settlement in USA and involved in relief work for earthquake and flood victims in Nepal through Lions Club of Nepal. He is a Lion Member too.

Prof. Dr. Uda Bin Hashim received BSc Hons. degree in Physical and Applied Physics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), in 1987. Upon graduation, he joined Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP) for two years until 1988 and then joined MIMOS Bhd until 2002. He served MIMOS Berhad for 14 years and gained vast experience in the CMOS wafer fabrication foundry. His last position in MIMOS was as Research and Technology Development Manager. While working with MIMOS Bhd, in 1998 he continued his PhD degree at UKM in Microelectronic Engineering and graduated in 2001. He was then, in 2002, joined Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), as a lecturer in the School of Microelectronics Engineering. In 2004, he has been appointed and entrusted to be the first Dean of UniMAP Research and Management Unit. During this period, he manages to cultivate research culture among the university academicians and has successfully developed a conducive research environment for the university. In 2008, he has been promoted to Senior Professor (VK6) in Universiti Malaysia Perlis. Based on his outstanding achievement in research, he has been requested by Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) to establish the first research institute in UniMAP in the field of nanoelectronic engineering, namely, Institute of Nano Electronic Engineering (INEE), and served as the First Director until April 2017. Based on his vast experience in research, in April 15, 2017 he has been appointed by the Ministry of Higher Education as a Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation), UniMAP.
While working at UniMAP, his major achievement and contribution are developing microelectronic curriculum and setting up teaching fabrication facility for Microelectronic Engineering Undergraduate Program. This setup has been recognized as the first in Malaysia for teaching undergraduate students. Under his management and leadership, INEE has obtained recognition as Nano Malaysia Centre of Excellence from Ministry of Science and Innovation (MOSTI) in 2011 and has been awarded with Bionexus Lab Status by Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation in 2009.
His current research interest is on Nanotechnology which includes Nanobiosensor, DNA Chips, Microfluidic and Nano Lab-On-Chip devices for medical, food and agriculture applications. He actively published his research finding in both proceeding and journals. Based on his outstanding achievement in research, he has been invited to many conferences, nationally and internationally, as an invited and keynote speakers. He is well known in Nanotechnology research and still active as a motivator in activities related to research. Under Scopus database, his current H-Index is 29 with 3800 citations from the total number of 654 papers while 100 of the papers are in Q1 Journal. One of his top quality paper is recently published in NATURE Scientific Report. He also has successfully supervised 2 sabbatical lecturers, 4 Post-Doctoral students, 35 PhD students and 35 MSc students, while 4 PhD and 2 MSc are still working towards completion.
He has secured various research grants valued more than RM 8 million as the principle researcher from many sources such as IRPA, FRGS, PRGS, LRGS, PPRN and Science Fund. Recently, he obtained a matching grant from CREST worth RM 562,000.00 for Medical Diagnostic Project.
In 2014, Prof. Dr. Uda Hashim has been awarded as Top Research Scientist Malaysia (TRSM) by Academic of Sciences Malaysia. He is one of the recipients of ISESCO Laureate in 2012. He also obtained National Patent Award in 2013 from Perbadanan Harta Intelek Malaysia (MyIPO). He was a former Vice President of Malaysia Nanotechnology Association and a Fellow to The Malaysian Solid State Science & Technology Society. Recently, he has been appointed as a main committee member for national nanotechnology under Nanotechnology Directorate MOSTI and also serves as deputy committee cluster Nanotechnology under National Professor Council. On top of that, he has been appointed as Visiting Professor to Universiti Teknikal Melaka Malaysia (UTEM) and Institute Technology Bandung (ITB), Academic Adviser to AIMST University and Visiting Research Scientist to Wayamba Universiti of Sri Lanka.
